Founded over 15 years ago by Mrs. Araci, the guesthouse underwent a complete renovation at the end of 2021, led by her children. The structure was modernized, and the rooms were expanded, all while maintaining the family atmosphere that has always been the hallmark of our service.
As a family-run business, we operate differently from traditional hotels. We do not offer 24-hour reception or private parking. In exchange, we provide a quiet, safe, and cozy environment, with personalized service and attention to detail.
We are located in front of the Vila Militar and just a few meters from the Municipal Lake, in a peaceful area surrounded by lush greenery. The guesthouse has 11 carefully designed apartments to ensure comfort, convenience, and well-being for our guests.
